HOW TO USE IT
Apply Intense Gel Eye Liner between lashes for an invisible liner look. For more intense definition, start at the innermost lash and glide the tip of the pencil along the lash line. For a smokey look, diffuse the line with the built-in smudger. Place neutral eye shadow of choice from lash line to brow bone. Place darker eye shadow in the crease. Place definer along lash line along top and bottom lashes. Pop it up by placing a shimmering shade on ball of the eye. Apply Lash Curling Mascara at the base of the lashes and wiggle up in a zig zag motion to coat lashes.
